Nowadays, there is a furious discussion about the choice of employment. Some people prefer the job with a high salary, but the others tend to choose a job with a promising future. When it comes to me, I am abandoned to the problem, and at last I favour the latter.
In my view, I don't support the former. On the one hand, as a fledgling college student who has just set foot on the complicated society, if you spare no effort to choose the job with a high salary, maybe you will get into trouble on all sides such as the lack of professional skills, the complicated interpersonal communication, the rebuke of the managers and so on. On the other hand, day by day, you also lose the passion to pursue the higher target, just like a frog at the bottom of a well which has a narrow and lower outlook.
On the contrary, I appreciate the choice that people choose a job with a promising future. From my perspective, no one can underestimate your potential if you set an explicit aim and an infinite hope in your career. By your endeavor and persistence, you will get a significant harvest which is not merely high salaries. For instance, maybe everybody knows the China richest man-Ma Yun, who is a legendary figure. A man at his early nineteen, who had just started out the university, sold fresh flowers and small gifts. At that time, perhaps someone looked down upon the job. Nonetheless to our surprise, 3 years later, by his accumulated experience and sharp observation from his first career, he tried to put his heart into his own pioneering work. From now on, his career is becoming more and more prosperous.
Last but not least, if you choose a job without a high salary, please don't be worried. There is a saying encouraging us which said"Life just likes a farming, and whether you can reap or not depends on your sowing and dedication"Therefore, please keep on going forward even in the toughest time of your work, take courage and never give up the hope of longing for a promising job. Lastly, to conclude, I believe in you will be triumphant even rich in your career.
