春节英语作文 篇2
There are a lot of good things in the spring festival, I want to talk about good things today is very common, for you may be a little insignificant.
Spring festival is near, but the archduke is not beautiful. It #39;s been snowing for 50 years. Snow is more than 15 cm thick, hanging under the eaves of ice hanging more than 10 cm long, frozen into disaster. Road freezing caused traffic disruption, material shortages, many poles " waist". The problem of power failure and water shortage ensued. Winter was cold, without electricity can #39;t bake the fire, it is worse. After the power failure, my candle used up, the market did not sell, had to eat dinner early, it was dark and went to sleep. And the headache is that water stopped after the blackout. Every day in order to water to go far away to mention, water is more precious than gold! Just start to wash a face once a day, to the next two days, take a shower more " Arabian nights". This kind of life makes us return to the " primitive society" all messed up. Although the spring festival is coming, but there is no festive atmosphere, very anxious to end this " dark without light day" life immediately.
Thirty in the morning, call, water! I turned on the light, the light lit in an instant; Open the electric heating furnace, immediately hot; Tap water, immediately water " wow" flow out. I am happy to dance, " primitive society" is finally over, our life is back to normal.
I saw premier Wen visit Hunan twice in 44 hours on the special TV " fight against ice and snow" program, and climbed up the mountain to comfort the power hero regardless of danger. I can #39;t help but sigh with emotion at the touching scene: premier Wen is so kind! How warm the party and the government are! Don #39;t care about electricity at ordinary times, at this time is how precious, is the power hero for life.
Have such a prime minister, have such a party and government, have such a hero, isn #39;t it a joy to us? This joy is not personal, belong to everyone!

Every New Year Nian would rise from swelling in the sea to ravage Chinese village in livestock and hurting people. The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

春节英语作文 篇7
After the fathers had been sacrificed to the father, we drove along the path to our mother's ancestors, along with the sound of firecrackers, the sounds of questioning and the laughter of the ears.
Since the graves of my mother's ancestors were more than a dozen miles away, and all of them were country roads, we were in a hurry to catch up earlier. Because just snowed, the road is not very easy, we decided not to go into gully, but from the hillside to find the path with the dry point, suddenly, I saw a lonely grave, weeds from birth, and no one visit.
I thought, if people really have the spirit of heaven, don't they feel lonely, their children? I told dad the idea.
The father said: "to worship the deceased ancestors, formerly a feudal superstition activity, but now, has simplified, is only a kind of etiquette, is to own ancestors of respect."
After the meal, my father said, "this year our country has suffered a snowstorm, so many people can't rush home to celebrate the New Year, but they have been talking on the phone to greet their families. If people knew it first, they would understand it.
"There are still many people, they are busy in their respective jobs, this year our country will host the Olympic Games, the country is speeding up development, everyone is working hard!"
I thought, "yes, if the ancestors knew it, they would understand and be happy. People are building a good new life."
Before long, we arrived at mother's ancestral grave, the same feelings, the same worship, I also solemnly made three bow.
Walking back, I found a new cement road to the mountain village, there are many busy people, carrying bag, and walked out this unfinished road, on their way to their jobs.

The Spring Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, is also the first major festival in the hearts of the people. The traditional customs of the Chinese nation, which has a traditional color, are very formal and can not be reduced at all.
Making dumpling is a learning, although the elder's hand is very clever, the dumpling is quick and beautiful. In fact, the thickness of the dumplings, the number of dumplings, the time to make dumplings... There are problems that need to be paid attention to, maybe less or less, and the dumplings are not so delicious.
Jiaozi is an indispensable holiday food for the Spring Festival. People eat jiaozi in the Spring Festival to take the voice of "money and treasure"; Two, the dumpling has the filling, has the people to pack all sorts of auspicious things to go in, to depend on people to the New Year's expectation. The festival food, which brings happiness to people, has become an important part of Chinese food culture.
I think the Spring Festival is not only about eating dumplings, but also enjoying the customs of traditional festivals.
春节英语作文 篇9
The way that the Chinese celebrate the Lunar New Year poses a national issue concerning the necessity of holding the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Its established status is being challenged by a growing number of people, especially by younger generations. It is increasingly difficult to cater for all tastes.
Some individuals deem that it should be canceled or replaced by other programs. These young people focus their attention on other forms of celebration instead of immersing themselves in TV programs. Despite that, the majority of mid-aged people and senior citizens uphold the importance of the traditional performance. The most striking feature of this Gala is its traditionally close link with ordinary people's lives.
Most of people view this Gala as an annual staple on the traditional Chinese Spring Festival Eve. They all have a restless night and glue their eyes on the television screen.
I am not supportive of the view that the grand Gala should be abandoned. Undoubtedly, it plays a vital role in the celebration of Chinese New Year. To increase its appeal and meet young adults' need, the upcoming performance should invite some big names including super stars from Hong Kong and Taiwan. We are all eagerly anticipating this unforgettable evening show.
