星期三的晚上，我要去上英语课。因为外面下着大雨，所以妈妈开车送我去，开到小区门口就堵车了，我们在车上看着红灯变成绿灯，绿灯又变成红灯，可是车子一点也动不了，一直等了九个红灯，到了第十个的时候才通过。没想到，马路前面也堵车了，车窗外风大雨大，我真想不去上课了！可是妈妈说：“学习要坚持，不能半途而废！”，我们决定继续前进。本来二十分钟的'路程，那天晚上我们开了整整一个小时。到了学校，我虽然迟到了一点，但是还是学到很多知识。
